Join us and empower the youth

Our volunteers are involved in every aspect of our organisation. They organise and run our events, facilitate (teach) students, manage our administration, operate our SMM, and develop innovative programs and projects. They’re creative and care about creating a generation of young people who are engaged with the world around them.

All young people in Tajikistan aged 16 to 30, who have a good command of English and Tajik, can volunteer with us. Our volunteers come from a wide variety of academic, cultural, personal, and professional backgrounds; and our opportunities are fantastic pathways to developing yourself, and contributing to the growth of others.
