Zarrina Madamilova

Scope of duty: Legal, Research, Secretary, Documentation

Zarrina is a dedicated young professional currently working as the Coordinator for the Supporting Women’s Legal Education Project with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Tajikistan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and has completed a semester of international law studies at Eurasian National University. Driven by a passion for project management, Zarrina has successfully led and coordinated a series of youth-focused events, including initiatives for youth, female lawyers, refugees, to promote legal awareness and empower young people through programs under the UNDP Projects and UN Association of Tajikistan. With valuable experience gained through internships in legal and administrative departments of both local and international organizations, Zarrina is highly skilled in organizing and participating in various international initiatives. These include the UN, SCO, CIS, OSCE, OIC, as well as diplomatic simulations, debate tournaments, and academic conferences.

Sadullo Ishankulov

Sadullo holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Lomonosov Moscow State University and spent a year participating in the preparatory program on International Relations & European Studies at Richard Lazarski University in Poland. His academic background has equipped him with a deep understanding of global affairs, which he applies to strategic planning and operational initiatives, ensuring programs are executed effectively and with impact. With a passion for empowering young people, Sadullo has worked tirelessly to promote youth participation in decision-making processes. He has served as a mentor and facilitator for youth-led initiatives and capacity-building programs, helping young leaders develop the skills they need. As a committed advocate for global environmental issues, Sadullo has participated in high-profile international conferences and UN processes, including the 6th session of the UN Environment Assembly (UNEA) and the 5th International Conference on Chemicals Management (SAICM). Through his work, he strives to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue and impactful outcomes.
